Phase III of North Webb consists of platted lots equipped with all utilities, including electricity, water, and sewer. The park also features concrete intersections and cul-de-sacs, as well as street overhead lighting.

Northern International Industrial Park Inc. is the owners' association that manages and maintains the park.

The association manages the park's Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, which allow for the possibility of merging lots (government approval is required).

The registered land use is M1 (Light Manufacturing/Industrial).

Future Projects

Phase IV is a project that will be developed in tandem with the Hachar Reuthinger Road  (SH 84).

North Webb will have a direct connection to SH 84 (Hachar-Reuthinger Road), a project by Webb County which consists of the development of 8.464 miles of four-lane divided roadway that will consist of two 12-foot travel lanes with 4-foot wide inside shoulders and 10-foot wide outside shoulders in each direction.

There are three proposed intersection crossings with turn-arounds based on the City of Laredo Thoroughfare plan, with one being the extension of Beltway Parkway.  It will have direct connections to FM1472 and IH35.

The estimated date for completion of this project is September 2027 at the latest.
